This shawl is so gorgeous!!!
Incredible! I think I really need to finish spinning my suri. OK, nosy people want to know... details of the yarn. Handspun? WPI? Source? type of wheel? Tell, tell!
Suri is lovely stuff. This was not handspun - it's KnitPicks Alpaca Cloud in the midnight colorway. I absolutely fell in love with the yarn, and decided that in this case the price of the finished yarn was less than that of a comparable fiber! Less than $35 in the shawl, and comparable fiber would have cost me at least $50.
